Initially engaged to undertake lead paint removal after a prior contractor caused significant disruptions—including damaging sprinklers and triggering the evacuation of New Zealand’s busiest transport hub—AES’s professional and efficient approach quickly earned the trust of the client. As a result, AES was tasked with completing all lead paint and asbestos removal works within this heritage-listed building.
